Entire project white screen on boot

Hi I’m new to UE5, I accidentally closed the program while I was working on an animation sequence, now when I open the program my entire project looks like this:

I’m still able to click on my meshes and all my assets are still there, did I actually just change the view settings?

This is my view when I open a brand new basic project from the templates

all assets are still clickable but I cant see anything and the screen is stuck blue
