Summary
In my Realistics I use a Data Layer for each POI. Everything was always fine before 36.00. But since 36.00 teleporting to a poi from a long distance that has been loaded via a data layer causes a player build delay of a few seconds (see video). The bigger the POI the longer the delay is. For example the chinese temples in the video have a delay of 2 seconds, while a small shack would have a tiny delay which is not noticable.
