Entered all my payment information but i am still not allowed to install the engine

Can anyone help me as i have entered all my payment information but i am still not allowed to install the engine. Is it a flaw in the Epic system or what??
Can anyone help me quickly as i would really love to start working by today or tomorrow.

Have you clicked onto “purchase” after you have filled out everything. → after that you should get a download link to the launcher. Btw, as it is week-end it could take a while till you get an official answer from epic games :wink:

yes but i clicked download for windows and i installed a SOFTWARE called unreal engine i opened it and found no engine installed, when i go to engines i choose unreal engine 4.5.0 (tried all by the way) and its asking me to subscribeto download

Do you get “No version information received” error when you start Unreal Launcher? If yes then you are probably suffering from launcher bug (same as me by the way) that renders you unable to update/download any Unreal Engine resource using launcher. Someone will fix it… probably…someday… If you can’t wait use gitHub and compile your own copy of the engine from source code.

Guys i think i solved it…stupidly…ALL i did was rage thats it, i was furustrated aand all so i spammed the button for retry i think i killed the mouse to anyways then i had the option to install??? Weird isnt it.

Well if the servers are down then the solution is time. Just wait till it’s fixed, If your launcher is corrupted then there are things you can do. As for which situation it is usually you can tell if people spam No version infromation received on AnswerHub or you tried everything else and nothing works

Hello,

There was an error with our server over the weekend that prevented users from downoading the engine. It should be fixed now - check again and try to download the engine.
