Engine crash on Niagara Script and Niagara Emitter creation

This bug is the same for 4.17 and Master branch.

On attempt to add Niagara script, or Niagara Emitter to engine, Editor crashes.

I’m aware they are not ready for the public, yet, hoped they at least could be run on defaults.

I’ve sent the error reports, hope the data will be sufficient.

Attempt to add a Niagara Test Struct as well causes an exception.

I think it could be closed, since it’s deprecated.
