- Go to Epic Games Launcher
- Click on Library
- On your unreal engine version click the dropdown at the right of the launch button
- Select Options
- Check “Editor symbols for debugging”
- Click Apply
- Wait until the installation finishes
The next time the engine crashes you will be able to read the stack trace in the crash reporter and it will be much easier to know why it’s crashing.
If you cannot resolve it by yourself update this post with a new screenshot of the crash reporter with the stack trace on it.
