load a UEFN game that had mutator zones or trigger devices with vfx or sfx off

Expected Result

those settings are still off

Observed Result

they got changed to be on

I believe the same happened with Class Selectors, for me at least, all VFX and SFX were turned on.

FORT-1089240 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 40.20.
