Enable Hardware RayTracing Shadow glitches and offset images give me an headache

Hi guys I’m having hard time lately with hardware raytracing shadow, something I never saw before in 5.3 the area lights are starting to disappear or get an offset image even without moving the camera.
is any particualr settings i missed it?
disabling the hardware raytracing is getting better but the lights still disappearing or popping in and out

ok, the latest game ready driver 555.85 create this massive headache to unreal, I rolled back to 537.85 and everything is more stable

Yes the latest drivers are a problem for UE.
