Empty Emote wheel when joining any LEGO UEFN islands

Summary

When joining a LEGO UEFN island and pressing emote button the emote wheel will be completly empty. Only changing to comms and back to emote will load the emotes. This is bad as this causes players to leave early as they do not understand why they have no emotes equipped

My guess is this might be related to lazy loading Fortnite assets instead of them being downloaded with the game, and somehow, because of the lazy loading, they do not get initialized correctly in the UI

Also, maybe unrelaeted but even some skins that players equipped do not load correctly, and the players are shown as no skins even if they have skins equipped
