Emitting Particles Directionally Oriented Along the Velocity of a Surface Location's Normal

Hello,

I’m emitting particles on a skeletal mesh (cube) using the “Skel Vert/Surf Location” module in Cascade. How would I be able to orient these particles (arrows) so that they are emitted in the direction of the skeletal mesh’s surface normals?

I’ve included a picture to better describe the behavior that I’m after.
