Emit mesh from reproduction sprite align normals?

Here is a great example. I have our character in game and I would like to have our particle mesh align to the surface normalls somehow? I’ve been looking online for an hour now and I can’t figure out how do this? I imagine this must be something really basic but i’m really new to niagara in many ways still.

Any help figuring how how the mesh spawn direction happens with a mesh renderer would be so helpful. Much appreciate any info on this.
