Emissive materials stopped glowing after crash??

I was using UE4 last night when all of a sudden it exited, notifying me that my graphics driver crashed. (I’m running UE4 on a a potato and the game is too intensive for it. I usually get like 3-10 fps. This is the first time it has ever crashed my driver though.) When I restarted unreal, everything was fine other than the fact that my emissive materials weren’t glowing anymore. They were glowing before the crash and I didn’t change anything. I’ve been looking through options for hours and STILL cant figure it out. I’ve restarted UE4, Restarted my laptop, and checked through tons of settings all to no avail. My material quality is set to high like it should be, bloom and lens flares are enabled and the game is set to high. I don’t know what’s wrong. Is this a bug? Here’s some pics of my editor. The object that is usually glowing is circled.

Edit: Just checked it on Epic settings. The lights didn’t change at all.

Make sure your scalability settings are set to EPIC and check your post processing volume settings.
