Emissive material appear too bright on older Xbox consoles

Summary

We have several reports of a bug that causes emissive materials to appear excessively bright on older Xbox consoles in our map.
We tried disabling the bloom effect, but the emissive materials are appearing completely white, just like in the first photo.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a emissive material with the emissive input multiplied by 10 or more and open the map on older xbox console.

Expected Result

Emissive materials too brighter only on older xbox consoles.

Observed Result

It appears to be a bug in how the platform interprets the emissive, not a post-processing issue, as we tried disabling all post-processing and day sequence.

Rectangular lights create a glaring brightness on some platforms. This issue will be resolved in 38.10, but we wanted to give you a heads up to see if you can adjust to a different lighting approach (such as spotlights) to avoid this from going live in your game.
