Emissive material aliasing problems

Look closely at the surface of the buildings

flickering, aliasing, and moire patterns

I wanna reduce these noise things

The noise of this image has already been reduced by high-resolution rendering

The problem is more severe in low resolution

Texture mipmap or aa problems I guess…Also, this is generated by Instanced meshes method.

Or I use small technic making emissive material using Min, Max to bound emissive color range on the texture

Are these things possible to cause this problem? Or settings??
