Emissive becomes WAY too bright

So I’m doing a project with my dad and I’m attempting to use an emissive texture for some materials. Well the problem is that when auto exposure tries to brighten things up those emissives get exceedingly bright, like I can see the red blue green going on on it. In most cases it gets dang near white. Is there a way to keep auto exposure but lessen its intensity on the emissives?
