Steps to Reproduce

1.Navigate to the Creator Portal and initiate a retake of the Tax Interview.

2.Proceed through the interview steps with the intention of updating the associated email address.

3.At the final step, input the new, current email address.

4.Attempt to submit the form.

Expected Result

Retaking the Tax Interview should allow me to successfully input and save a new email address to update my Tax Profile and Hyperwallet information.

Observed Result

The system throws an error stating that the email “must match the email address linked to the account that you used during the on-boarding process.” The form submission is blocked and can only be successfully completed if the outdated, original onboarding email is entered.

Hello Flak I tried 5 times to change my hyperwallet gmail. I contract support they always tell me to complete the retake tax but in the email section I can’t proceed with new mail it force me to use the old one and it always ends up being The same Gmail I also told this to support but it didn’t worked it always ends up in same error. Can you please inform it to your to team or update the hyperwallet website so we can update our Gmail by ourselves please
