Email and link never sent to setup Hyperwallet

Summary

I entered the info for my tax profile, and that was validated (I see the green check mark for submitting the interview and the green check mark showing it has been validated. I have now been waiting days for my Hyper Wallet email, so that I can setup my payout account for the Island Creator program. I checked to see if my email went to my spam or junk folder, but I didn’t find it there. On the checklist page showing progress there is no link to hyper wallet also. I seem to be at a dead end. Could some please help.

I’m experiencing the same thing. Did you ever get it sorted?

Same. Thanks to my bank suddenly closing all of the ibans and switching to a new swift. 4 Days before my payout without a message of any sort, I have not only not received my payout and now I’m being warned that my account will be terminated if I don’t set up my Hyperwallet. (I had no issues receiving my past payouts nor have I set up any Hyperwallet.)
