Hello, i am a student at a high school looking to upgrade it’s computers for a more Game Design, 3-D Modeling, and 3D CAD work. I am currently looking for information on where they could find computers and or hardware to replace or upgrade the existing computers. Obviously the computers/hardware must be able to support Unreal Engine 4 and other basic modeling tools. (Autodesk Suite, Adobe Suite) The school is currently running old dell studio xps 435t/9000 computers and are finding that they are beginning to decline in performance. At the moment, they would prefer to go about upgrading the video cards instead of the computer.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Would need detailed specifications of the computers in question to say whether they are worth upgrading. I can tell you right now that Dell cut it close with power supplies, so any significant graphics card upgrade is unlikely to stand on its own. In any case the whole package needs upgrading in all likelihood, not just the graphics cards.
