Summary
I been stuck on this problem for about 3-4 days now. I guess after this last update on the 20th Feb 2026.
When I try to “Launch Session”, my fortnite game opens and it just goes into “Editor is not Connected”.
I tried random fixes I read on forums:
1)Remove all languages in project settings
2)Verifying uefn and fortnite (manage > Verify)
3)Enable Streaming (this allowed me to play it a 2 times but it stopped working after I added new things to my map so i doubt it really did anything)
4)Disable Iterative Validation (Edit > Editor Preferences)
5)Minimum Players 1 in island settings
6)I tried running uefn as administrator

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Session
Expected Result
My session to launch and have a playable map. Then I can do a memory calculation.
Observed Result
Fortnite map doesn’t launch a session but instead it just says “Editor is not Connected” and I cannot do a memory calculation after.

Additional Notes
Before often it used to say “Matchmaking Error #1” instead of even running fortnite and going “Editor is not Connected”
Sometimes it would launch and connect HOWEVER I still cannot do memory calculation(which is rare, for example i tried launching like 20 times today and it worked once)
This problem happens in one project. My other projects work.
