Window flicker in Unreal Engine Editor 5.5.4 and crash after close window.

That looks quite bizarre, even testing with both driver sets. First of all, I would suggest a clean up, use DDU to fully clear all your current drivers, and only install Studio drivers, as those are the most stable for engine work.
Once that’s done, if the flickering’s still active, check for any active overlays in your system (stuff like nVidia Experience, XBOX Game Bar, Discord’s overlay, etc),. and disable them ALL. I had a very similar issue in UE last month, and it was all Discord’s fault. Please give it a try.
