Hi, recently faced the problem that every time I open editor I see very low resolution shadows and each time I have to go to scalability settings and switch settings to any other option and then back to epic, after that they look perfect for the entire session. This became annoying very quickly 
The problem exists in mobile SM3.1 preview only. I tried to adjust settings through console using r.ShadowQuality and sg.ShadowQuality settings, they still don’t save. Also tried to remove all folders of project except Content, Config and project file, no effect.
Any ideas?
