Editing a widget blueprint blanks out others until recompile.

When editing multiple widget blueprints, switching between them makes the preview window and details pane become blank until that blueprint is recompiled. This makes comparing the properties in two widget blueprints very tedious. Is there any workaround for this?

Could you confirm which engine version you’re seeing this issue in, and whether it’s from the launcher or a source build?

We are on UE 5.6 currently, but we have been seeing this problem since at least 5.3. It happens with both the launcher and with a source build.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve been trying to reproduce the behavior you mentioned, editing and switching between multiple widget blueprints to make the details pane or preview window go blank. However, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end. Tested in UE 5.5 and 5.6.

Could you please provide a repro project to reproduce the behavior locally? It would be really helpful.
