Editable class reference list have only parent and loaded children


I’m aware that may be by design, but I still find it highly impractical. :wink: What I do step by step:

  1. Create Actor class BP_Base.
  2. Create two children of BP_Base, let’s call them BP_Base1 and BP_Base2.
  3. Create Actor class BP_Test and editable variable with reference to a class BP_Base in it.
  4. Restart the editor for all assets to unload.
  5. Place BP_Test in a level and try to set a value in the variable.

List contains only BP_Base. BP_Base1 and BP_Base2 shows up only after reloading their assets. Is there some way to make them load automatically when opening the list? Or am I missing something? The same “bug” exists also in 4.17, haven’t checked older versions.
