Edit Alpha Channel Or Draw Alpha Mask Using BP

In a nutshell, I am trying to find a way to “Paint” an alpha mask on a specific texture of an actor during game play. In essence, it would appear that the texture is being wiped away. Any ideas as to how this can be achieved with blue prints?

I have been searching for 3 hours with absolutely no luck; any direction would be much appreciated.

I haven’t had any luck tracking down an answer for this. I was looking into this for a project I was going to take on, but after countless hours of searching with no luck I dropped the project.
