Dynamic Light on a 2D sprite in a 3D environment

Hello guys!
I’m working on a personal project, where the environment is 3D, but the objects and characters are 2D. I’m doing some testing and now I’m trying to find out if it’s possible to put dynamic light on 2D sprites.
Is there any way to use a normal map in a sprite? Or would anyone have any other suggestions to make this effect possible?
I did some research on the internet and in the unreal forum, but it seems that this topic is not very popular, because I did not find any information about it.
Thanks for the attention guys!

Hey Zizo!

You could create a material and add a normal to it. Then attach this material to your sprite.
