Hi. How can I make dynamic indirect lighting like LPV but without light color change on bounce?

The Engine is built to render based on the Physical Based Rendering model so reflected (indirect light) will always take on the color and intensity attributes assigned to it by the reflected surface. For LPV you can add a Post Process Volume and under Global Illumination set the Indirect Lighting Color to something other than white and change the intensity as well but the reflected surface will always contribute to the indirect lighting itself. If you are using Lightmass Built lighting you can go into world settings and set Diffuse Boost to 0 and all indirect light will be eliminated.
