We recently converted from 4.7.6 to 4.8 and there was no issues with dynamic lights or affected light shafts.
But since the 4.8 to 4.8.1 update, dynamic light shafts are now focused in one direction.
I have tried creating a new project in 4.8.1 and adding a new dynamic dominant directional light to the scene and in the view-port the light shafts are fine and render correctly, but when I PIE the light shafts are all focused in one general direction and don’t emit from the sight source correctly.
Is it possible that the light source is somehow offset from the sky material, creating the illusion that the shafts are not correctly rendering?
If so how do I go about correcting this issue.
My team and I are in our final iterations before alpha release and i needs to get this fixed quickly.
Been pretty busy banging our heads against the wall on this one.
I’ve never seen epics lights behave this way.
If any one has any ideas id love to hear them.
