Dynamic Crosshair

Hey there, I have a third person game and you need to shoot things of course.

I woul’d like to have dynamic crosshair, but more than just 4 lines on the screen.

The outer triangles indicate the accuracy, the more the character moves arround the lower the accuracy etc.

What is the best approach for this?
Can I draw primitives with UMG so the crosshair is resolution independent?
The crosshair should be projected on the enemy if you target it, the crosshair isn’t in the center!
