Hello how are you?

I’m taking a game creation course that asked to download version 4.24.3 of Unreal Engine.
I did as requested, but I can’t open the created file because the following information appears:

“DX12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or-d3d12 command line argument”.

It’s the first time I use the tool and I’m not familiar with it, so I don’t know how to solve this problem.

I apreciate if someone can help me.

Is this the very first time you ever run the engine or did it work before? What are you running it on - namely, the operating system and GPU?

I need to work on version 4.23.3. I created any file to start creating a game, but I can’t open this file because of the error that appears. I downloaded version 4.26 and the files I create in this latest version open without any problem.
