I’ve been looking everywhere for a solution for this, but I just cannot find. I believe it’s something to do with my GPU driver. I tried installing a different version, still doesn’t fix it.
This problem happens randomly, it also goes away randomly. It happened just now and during the time I took to come here and write this post, it disappeared, but it comes back again after a while.
It only happens with Lumen. Also I don’t remember when it first happened, but in the beginning when my scene didn’t have a lot of assets it didn’t happen.
The UE version is 5.3.2. I don’t know if it matters, but I’m using a RTX 5060Ti. Since it’s a fairly recent GPU, Idk if it still has some compatibility issues with a few softwares.
Most of the times, this triggers when I change modes or do anything that changes the size of the viewport because of a window or tab that opens. It feels like UE maintains the old view when the viewport changes size, so I get the previous and the resized viewport overlapping each other.
Here’s a video of the issue:
Thanks.
