Duplicated actors will often glitch transform when renamed

Summary

If you have a Blueprint Prop with a static mesh, and have another blueprint that is parented to it and rename the child prop it will often cause the transform of the child prop to change randomly.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a blueprint Prop X2, parent one to the other. Duplicate then rename the child prop.

Expected Result

Simply rename, not effect the transform / who knows what else is effected.

Observed Result

Transform gets changed.
