Duplicate hierarchy in outliner is unstable

Multiple issues with the Outliner now

Summary So you cannot right click on the level :world and create new folder anymore when you click a folder and right click and duplicate hierarchy it no longer creates a new folder containing the assets inside When you click an asset it use to either a) Let you press F2 to change the name of the asset or b) Click the asset name 1x in the Outliner and it would let you change the name. Now you have to click it in the viewport then click again in the Outliner then press F2 or Double click now Pl…
