Duplicate Folder Issues

See this post as it has video showing the same issue I’m having:

Major - UEFN - "Duplicate hierarchy" keeps actors in the original folder

As seen below, I right-clicked Factory_T1 in the outliner and pressed “duplicate hierarchy”. However, that didn’t move all actors to Factory_T2 causing a messed up folder structure where half of the actors are in the old folder. Hello and good time of day, I’ve encounter a problem in UE5.2, when I right click on a folder in the outliner to duplicate it and it’s hierarchy first of all I have double the options, and when I click on duplicate it creates a empty copy of the folders and all of the duplicated actors in the original folder.
