I recently wrapped up a project for Toyota. It is a 360 video rendered entirely in UE4!
It took a ton of time to work out the best method for recording an environment with such a massive scale.
If there is some interest, I will try to put together a video tutorial on the techniques I used.
I first developed the technique when creating promotional content for my team’s most recent VR release - Kismet.
Believe it or not, the 360 video for Kismet was captured in real time! (Toyota was recorded through matinee)
