"Down but not out" not working

Summary

The DBNO device is not working for solos and teams. Also, I cant change the DBNO setting in the Island Settings.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Try to check Island Settings → DBNO can’t be modified
  2. Try to add the DBNO Device
  3. Set up DBNO device properly
  4. Playtest

Expected Result

Player should be down, not out.

Observed Result

Player goes down and out, the device won’t work
