DOF not working 4.16

Hi

I can not get the DOF effect

Before that it worked and after 3 weeks I wanted to add a few interesting shots

and does not work DOF

I don`t no way

I lost many hours looking for a solution

I installed new versions check setting etc.

and still does not work

please help

delete the configuration files

You do not need to delete files

used command in console

I do not know why this was off
