Does this is a bug? translucent material always leaks light behind with "Translucency Pass" set to "After Motion Blur"

When I set “Translucency Pass” of a translucent material to “After Motion Blur”, the meterial alway be a little bit of translucent (leak the light behind the material.)
Even I set the opacity to one, the problem is still there.

I tried Unreal Engine 5.1.0, 5.1.1, 5.2.1, they are all the same( All of them have this issue)
engine scalabilty setting is: epic
When I set engine scalabilty setting to medium or lower, the problem disapears.

Only 5.0.3 is always fine.
