Does the Stereo Panoramic Movie Capture plugin work on mac?

Hi just wondering if anyone has had success getting the Stereo Panoramic Movie Capture plugin to work on mac?
I enable it and restart, but then none of the command lines are recognized.

Using Mojave 10.14.3
