Do I have to be enrolled in the new Island Creator Program to be able to publish my islands?

I keep getting an error whenever I try to publish my UEFN map on the creator dashboard. I’ve contacted support and ultimately resulted in asking the question that this dialogue is under. And their response always refers to the Support A Creator program, which is irrelevant. So I come here in hopes of getting a response that isn’t contradicted constantly.

After having many contradicting views on the subject I am left thoroughly confused. Please help.

I don’t think the creator program is important.
Epic Games had actually said that you don’t have to be in the program to publish. It’s probably a bug. but I’m not sure

The whole situation is odd. Support says I need to be, then then refer to the SAC. So which one is it?? Honestly, they’re useless lmao.

Has anyone been successful in publishing without the island creator program?
