DLSS 3.0 seems underperforming in client/gaming mode. What could be the issue?

I am somehow having personal issues with DLSS. I usually never thought seeing a dip in performance using it. Like … How? Why? It used to boost the performance, not hurt it.
DLSS off results even in a higher frame counter than DLSS Performance (did not test Ultra Performance, not a fan of it in games).

The regular setup for testing

Here are my screenshots about this issue:

There is nothing else than Lens Flare and DoF, and the regular scene lighting stuff, going on (low performance stuff), some niagara particles + ray traced shadows.

Does anyone know if this is a DLSS 3.0 or Engine related problem? Regular graphical settings (shadows, textures, view distance, etc.) are set to a value of 2.

Oh, and no nanite stuff, btw. That is not worth on foliage.

I guess is Nvidia Unreal branch, isn’t?
