Distance Texture alpha bleeding


I am using a candle from this project:
Goddess Temple in UE4
but I have a very weird problem that I can’t figure it out why is happeing.
as pictures show at near distance candle texture (a 2d plane with alpha and texture) is fine but at distance some sort of lines appears like the color map is stretched to fill the the card.
I 'm using 4.25.2 and full UV precision is on.
would you please look at pictures.
