When using displacement material, the polygons of objects are separated in this way.

But, I am activating the “Crack Free Displacement” feature in displacement.

Is that a basic cube you’re working with? I think you need polygons than that. The more polygons, the smoother the displacement.

Do you get what I mean? The standard editor cube has 12 polys. If you want to displace it you need more like 600 polys. You have to make a cube in blender or something…
