On the Creator Portal, “Avg. session length” and “Sessions over 10 min.” are reporting as 0 min and 0% respectively. All the historical data is also gone, i.e. I cannot look at previous reports.

Open Creator Portal, select a project with data, check the “Your Discover performance snapshot” under the Publishing tab.
Expected Result
Data should populate.
Observed Result
Data is not populating.
