Summary
It appears that the Show Elimination Feed setting does not take any effect when turned off, which makes it impossible to disable that UI element.

Go to island settings and untick Show Elimination Feed setting.
Expected Result
The UI element should be hidden for the players.
Observed Result
The UI element stays visible even though the setting indicates that it should be hidden.
