Disabling Compiling Shaders when packaging project to standalone

Is there any way to disable compiling shaders when compiling game to Windowsor Android?
It takes 3 hours to compile 3k+ shaders…
I’ve tried with “r.GBuffer 0” command in console, but it seems to work only when working on project, not when compiling to standalone versions.
The game have included Open World Collection Problem to create trees and grass (250 trees, 4000 grass) - may it case the problem?
My laptop:
I7 7500U 2 Cores
8GB Ram DD4,
GeForce 940MX
