Disable tone curve in movie render queue affects emissive materials

Hi there! I am not sure if I’m missing something but I started doing renders disabling the tone curve in the color configuration of movie render queue. (I am not using any OCIO config).
The issue is: I would be very satisfied with the renders, but the emissive materials I believe the oversaturate or something, they become plane… I don’t know if anybody has a clue of what can be happening, it’s like they have too much contrast instead of none.
Here I post some examples, this happens in all my projects, regardless of the ilumination and even without post process volume. From 5.2-5.3 maybe earlier.

Hi, i’m having the same issue. Have you found a solution for this problem. Thanks.

Not yet. I want to check it with UE 5.4

By taking off the tone curve you are taking off the soft clip for your values. If you were to render out a exr and take those frames into Nuke or something and sample the values they would be well over 1. This is one of the many reasons people use a LUT.
