Disable reflection-spots

Is there any way to disable the reflection-spots? I tried to disable and delete the reflection-spherese and rebuilt the light, but it didnt work. Here is what I mean:

My light settings: (all lights on the roof have the same settings)

Set Min Roughness value of the lights to 1.
