Summary

if you go to the settings of the down but not device and disable carrying or shakedown, the players can still carry and shakedown the knocked players

  1. place down but not out device.
  2. disable carrying or shakedown options.
  3. you should still be able to carry or shakedown.

Expected Result

unable to carry or shakedown knocked players after disabled in device settings
