Summary
Whenever I interact with certain assets, I cannot make check-ins unless I move those assets in world from inside the editor by ~1 uu. The assets otherwise have no changes which should require this.

Steps to Reproduce
Two ways you can reproduce:
- ALT+Drag a device to copy it. Example, I have an Audio Player device. I ALT+Drag to duplicate the Audio Player device. Unless I move the original Audio Player device in world by ~1 uu, save, and include that with my check-in, I will receive a validation error on the original Audio Player device (the copy will be fine).
- Edit data in a Verse device. Unless I move the Verse device in world by ~1 uu, save, and include that with my check-in, I will receive a validation error on the edited Verse device that is non-specific to the device (but always resolved by moving it).
Expected Result
None of this should happen.
Observed Result
This happens 100% of the time inside our project.
