Summary
When adding the RestrictDirectPromptsToPurchase function, this not only seems to restrict players from the listed countries, but it also seems to restrict some players outside of the listed countries.
We had 2 separate player reports within the US (one on PC, one on Switch 2) that were unable to access the purchase page when the RestrictDirectPromptsToPurchase function was included. After we removed the the RestrictDirectPromptsToPurchase function, they were then able to access the purchase page, on their respective platforms.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add RestrictDirectPromptsToPurchase when building In-Island Purchases
- Have a player from a non-restricted country try to buy an item
Expected Result
Player should be able to make an In-Island Transaction when outside of the restricted countries.
Observed Result
Players occasionally are not able to make a purchase outside of restricted countries.
