Directional Wind Controller

UPDATE: Also pursuing integration with directional wind source actor so that wind direction for physics objects (cloth, chimes etc) is also taken into account.

Material shader that accepts float values and translates them to cardinal directions to blow foliage around. You can leave directions undefined and have a gentle random breeze, or dictate north, south, east, west, or mixtures using a blueprint that has value sliders for north vs south, east vs west, wind weight, and wind speed.
